Determination device and determination method for competitive adsorption of multi-component cementing material

Abstract

The invention discloses a determination device and a determination method for competitive adsorption of a multi-component cementing material, the determination device comprises a plurality of single components of the determination device and a test container, the test container contains a concrete simulated pore solution containing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the single components of the determination device are respectively arranged in the test container; each single component of the measuring device comprises a dialysis bag which is used for enabling water and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer to pass through during an adsorption test and isolating each component of a cementing material from a solution in a beaker; and a cementing material single component is placed in the dialysis bag. By means of the device, PCE molecules can be fully adsorbed by all the components, then separation is easy, and therefore the adsorption amount of the PCE molecules on each component is measured respectively. In the whole adsorption process, the samples do not interfere with one another, the consistency of the concentration of the solution is ensured, and the competitive adsorption condition is judged by analyzing the adsorption quantity of PCE molecules on each component.
