If the conditions are met, the algorithm program is sent to the mobile device in a containerization mode, and the mobile device conducts algorithm scheduling according to the GPU utilization rate and the like. Through refined resource management and intelligent scheduling, the computing power resource utilization rate is improved, system energy consumption is reduced, meanwhile, data safety is guaranteed, the method is suitable for various dynamic environments and task types, and the practicability and stability of computing power scheduling are effectively optimized.
