Personnel operation specification supervision method and system in production process based on artificial intelligence

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for supervising personnel operation specifications in a production process based on artificial intelligence. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a multi-view self-supervised learning model; s2, extracting a high-dimensional feature vector of the operation behavior, and performing feature representation; s3, establishing an operation specification model through the data extracted by the self-supervised learning model; s4, detecting operation behaviors and energy consumption abnormity through a multi-view self-supervised learning model; s5, constructing a reinforcement learning model on the basis of anomaly detection; and S6, by using results of the reinforcement learning model and the self-supervised learning, the system automatically optimizes the operation specification model, and automatically generates an operation behavior report including operation compliance evaluation, abnormal behavior statistics and improvement suggestions for reference by production management personnel. According to the invention, operation specifications are adjusted according to real-time data, so that the system can flexibly adapt to different production scenes, and the intelligence and precision of supervision are improved.
