Abstract

According to the paper pulp precipitation stirring device and the stirring process thereof, an extrusion plate is driven by a hydraulic rod to reciprocate up and down, so that the extrusion plate extrudes pulp in the moving direction in the moving process, and the pulp is promoted to penetrate through the extrusion plate through an inclined flow guide hole to enter a space opposite to the moving direction of the extrusion plate; due to the fact that the flow guide holes are inclined, slurry passing through the flow guide holes flows in the inclined direction of the flow guide holes, the slurry is subjected to reversing flow mixing in the process of intermittently penetrating through the flow guide holes, separation and dispersion are carried out through the flow guide holes, and efficient stirring operation is carried out.
