Abstract

The invention relates to the field of steam turbine blades, in particular to a drilling device for steam turbine blade production, which comprises two groups of lower dies and a group of upper dies, two groups of rotating shafts are fixedly mounted at two ends of the two groups of lower dies, the four groups of rotating shafts are rotatably connected with a fixing frame through bearings, and two groups of gears I are fixedly mounted on the two groups of rotating shafts respectively; four groups of sliding rods I are fixedly mounted at the top end of the upper mold and penetrate through the inner side of the mounting plate in a sliding manner; when the drilling device is used, the electric push rod can drive the upper die to move downwards to be combined with one set of lower dies, clamping and fixing of the to-be-drilled turbine blade are completed, and meanwhile the electric push rod can drive the drill bit to move downwards to drill the clamped to-be-drilled turbine blade; and the rack assembly can be driven by the electric push rod to move downwards, so that the other set of lower dies rotate by nearly 180 degrees, and then stripping is completed, and chippings generated by drilling in the lower die profiling grooves are poured out.
