Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical clamps, in particular to a constant-clamping-force building clamp which comprises a top seat, a sliding frame and a vertical plate, a clamping assembly is arranged on the vertical plate and comprises hydraulic cylinders, pistons, a push rod, a connecting rod, a ball shaft, a spherical cover, a clamping jaw and a second spring, and the multiple pistons are slidably connected into the multiple hydraulic cylinders correspondingly; the plurality of push rods are fixedly connected to the plurality of pistons respectively, the plurality of connecting rods are fixedly connected to the plurality of push rods respectively, the plurality of ball shafts are fixedly connected to the plurality of connecting rods respectively, the plurality of spherical covers are slidably connected to the plurality of ball shafts respectively, and the plurality of clamping jaws are fixedly connected to the plurality of spherical covers respectively; according to the building material clamping device, multiple sets of spherical covers and clamping jaws are arranged to clamp a building material at multiple points, so that the pressure and the pressure intensity between the single clamping jaw and the building material are reduced, and the clamping force between each set of clamping jaws on each spherical cover and the building material can approach to be consistent; therefore, the problem that the clamping forces between different clamping jaws and the building material are different is solved.
