Kosakia kozickae strain and bacterial agent and application thereof

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of agricultural microbiology technology, specifically relating to a strain of *Kosakonia cowanii*, its inoculant, and its applications. This invention discloses a strain of *Kosakonia cowanii* T6-2, which was deposited on July 10, 2024, at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) with accession number CGMCC No. 31262. This strain exhibits salt, alkali, and high ammonium tolerance; it possesses phosphorus-solubilizing, nitrogen-fixing, and IAA-secreting biological activities, significantly promoting soybean growth under salt stress; and it exhibits extremely strong ammonia nitrogen degradation activity, achieving a degradation rate of over 90% after 36 hours of treatment with an initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 50–100 mg / L. This strain has extremely high application value in promoting plant growth and biodegrading ammonia nitrogen waste under saline-alkali and high ammonium environments.
