Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine underground equipment, in particular to a self-moving type hydraulic support removing device and method.The self-moving type hydraulic support removing device comprises a shield assembly arranged on a fully-mechanized coal mining face, the shield assembly comprises a plurality of shield supports arranged side by side, and a drawing and adjusting piece is arranged on the front side of the shield assembly; the drawing and adjusting piece comprises a connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the shield support through a front lock catch connected with the front end of the shield support, a carrying plate is vertically connected to one side of the connecting plate, two traction telescopic rods are arranged on the carrying plate, the telescopic ends of the two traction telescopic rods are oppositely arranged, and the telescopic ends of the traction telescopic rods are connected with steel wire ropes; the other side of the connecting plate is provided with a support removing assembly perpendicular to the shield assembly, the support removing assembly comprises a plurality of supports to be removed which are arranged in an arrayed mode, and the supports to be removed are provided with two connecting points connected with the other ends of the two steel wire ropes respectively. According to the invention, the extraction and direction adjustment of the to-be-withdrawn support can be integrally completed, and the withdrawing efficiency is improved.
