Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of sodium ion batteries, and particularly relates to a sodium ion solid-state electrolyte system, a battery and a preparation method thereof. The solid-state electrolyte system comprises a solid-state electrolyte film and a gel electrolyte solidified from a gel electrolyte precursor solution. The preparation raw materials of the solid-state electrolyte film comprise a polymer matrix, an inorganic solid-state electrolyte, a sodium salt, a plasticizer and a first solvent. The inorganic solid-state electrolyte comprises an oxide electrolyte. The preparation raw materials of the gel electrolyte precursor solution comprise a monomer, a sodium salt, an additive, an initiator and a second solvent. The additive comprises one or two or more of ethoxy pentafluorocyclo-triphosphazene, hexafluorocyclo-triphosphazene, pentafluorophenoxy cyclo-triphosphazene, triethyl phosphate and trimethyl phosphate. The solid-state electrolyte film has high ionic conductivity and anti-dendrite effect. The gel electrolyte can improve the interface problem of the sodium ion solid-state battery, reduce the liquid injection amount of the battery, and thus improve the safety performance of the sodium solid-state battery.
