Abstract

This invention discloses a drilling and tapping device, relating to the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology. It includes a work cabinet, a worktable fixedly connected to the top of the work cabinet, a slide rail fixedly connected to the top of the worktable, an electric sliding mechanism on the outer wall of the slide rail, an electric lifting mechanism inside the electric sliding mechanism, a drilling and tapping machine fixedly connected to the outer wall of the electric lifting mechanism, a drill bit at the bottom of the drilling and tapping machine, and a tapping and feeding mechanism on the top of the worktable. By setting up the tapping and feeding mechanism, when the fixed sleeve A, fixed sleeve B, and sliding plate move, the fixed sleeve B slides on the inner wall of the fixed sleeve A, and the sliding plate slides inside the fixed sleeve B, completing the telescopic sliding operation. This allows the annular sleeve to move freely while also using the surrounding fixed sleeves A, fixed sleeve B, and sliding plate to support the metal parts placed on it, forming a movable grid pad.
