A (-)-gossypol derivative, a method for preparing the same and an antioxidant

Abstract

The application discloses a (-) -gossypol derivative and a preparation method and antioxidant thereof, relates to the technical field of chemical synthesis, and the (-) -gossypol derivative comprises a (-) -gossypol-polylysine derivative and / or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the repeating structural unit of the (-) -gossypol-polylysine derivative comprises any one of structural formula (I) and formula (II); wherein n = 25-40. In the synthesized new compound, the aldehyde group in the (-) -gossypol is formed into a Schiff base compound through an imine bond and the amino group in the polylysine, the active aldehyde group in the (-) -gossypol is closed, the (-) -gossypol-polylysine derivative has strong antioxidant activity, and the (-) -gossypol-polylysine derivative is a better antioxidant and a drug source.
