Abstract

This disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, electronic device, and storage medium for displaying prompts. The method includes: displaying a prompt window located at the top of the display interface of the electronic device; and displaying prompt information in the prompt window, the prompt information indicating a change in system state, wherein the system state is a state affecting the operating mode of the operating system. This method provides a novel way of providing prompts through a prompt window, and all prompts indicating changes in various system states are displayed in the prompt window, maintaining a consistent prompting style for various prompts. The prompt window's location at the top makes it easy for users to view, preventing it from being overlooked and improving the user experience.
