Abstract

The invention relates to the related technical field of electric valve actuator machining, in particular to an adjustable electric valve actuator machining and positioning device which comprises a base, guide seats, an air distribution seat and a positioning mechanism, the base is fixed to an adjustable electric valve actuator machining platform, the guide seats are arranged in groups, and three groups of guide seats are distributed on the base at the same circumference; guide grooves are formed between the guide seats in the same set, the air distribution seat and the base are integrally formed, an air cavity is formed in the air distribution seat, an air pipe connector is arranged on the side wall of the air cavity and connected with an air supply port of air supply equipment through an air pipe, and the positioning mechanism is used for positioning an actuator shell. The positioning mechanism is formed by combining the inner side clamping seat, the movable seat and the outer side clamping seat, so that the inner side clamping seat and the outer side clamping seat synchronously position the inner side and the outer side of the actuator shell, and the positioning stability of the actuator shell is effectively guaranteed.
