Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of lithium ion battery recovery, and particularly discloses a continuous production method for preparing lithium sulfide from waste lithium batteries and a product. The method mainly comprises the following steps: carrying out charging pretreatment on the retired lithium battery, soaking a lithium-containing negative electrode material in a mixed solution of an aromatic hydrocarbon reagent and an ether solvent, and extracting to obtain an active lithium solution; carrying out spontaneous chemical reaction on the recovered lithium solution and the sulfide precursor at room temperature to generate lithium sulfide; a lithium sulfide crude product and a reusable lithium extraction solution are obtained through separation, and the lithium extraction solution is purified and reused for waste battery lithium recovery and lithium sulfide preparation, so that continuous production is realized. According to the invention, a recycling-reusing-recycling closed-loop integrated process is designed, the lithium extraction solution can be recycled for multiple times through a simple separation technology, and a continuous operation system is designed, so that the production efficiency is improved, the consumption of reagents is reduced, and the production cost is further reduced.
