Multifunctional contact sensor and application method thereof

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a multifunctional contact sensor and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of detection. The device comprises a probe, an optical coupling element, a force measuring spring and a limiting plate, the probe is used for sensing the pressure of an external contact object; an optical coupling element for generating a base electrode current; the force measuring spring is used for limiting the displacement of the limiting plate and measuring the applied pressure; the limiting plate is used for limiting the stroke of the spring and restraining the moving range of the probe. By applying pressure or applying pressure to an external object, the magnitude of the pressure applied within a certain range and the contact condition of the sensor and the external object can be measured.
