Passive switch phase shifter of improved T-type network

Abstract

The invention discloses a passive switch phase shifter of an improved T-type network, relates to the technical field of radio frequency communication, and is used for solving the problem of relatively large insertion loss of a phase shifter in the prior art. Comprising a control circuit, a plurality of phase shift units and a plurality of single-pole double-throw switches, the single-pole double-throw switch is controlled by the control circuit to select a branch; the plurality of phase shifting units comprise a first phase shifting unit, a second phase shifting unit, a third phase shifting unit, a fourth phase shifting unit, a fifth phase shifting unit and a sixth phase shifting unit which are cascaded in sequence from the input end to the output end; a single-pole double-throw switch is arranged at each of the two ends of each of the other phase shifting units except the sixth phase shifting unit; the phase shift meeting the requirements is realized by switching different branches of the plurality of phase shift units; the passive switch phase shifter adopts a plurality of different filter structures to adapt to the phase shifting degree of each phase shifting unit. According to the invention, the insertion loss of the whole circuit is reduced.
