The embodiment of the invention relates to a construction site monitoring image generation method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the satellite positioning information of a target object in a construction site, and carrying out the rendering of an object layer of the target object according to the satellite positioning information and the object type of the target object; wherein the satellite positioning information is acquired through a geographic information system; obtaining construction information of the construction site, and determining prompt information corresponding to the construction site according to the satellite positioning information and the construction information; wherein the construction information is acquired through a building information system; and sequentially superposing the object layer and the prompt information on the upper layer of the map layer of the geographic information system to obtain a monitoring image of the construction site. Therefore, integrated fusion analysis of the information acquired by the geographic information system and the building information system is realized, the position of the target object in the construction process and the prompt for the construction site are intuitively and accurately known, and the monitoring difficulty of the construction site is reduced.
