A plastic recycling calendering film forming device

Abstract

The application relates to the field of waste plastic recycling, in particular to a plastic recycling and calendering film forming equipment. The equipment comprises a barrel I which is symmetrically provided with two through holes I, a ring frame I which is fixed at the middle part of the barrel I, a ring frame II which is externally fixed to the barrel I, a ring plate I which is rotationally connected between the ring frame I and the barrel I, two push plates I which are fixed to the lower part of the ring plate I, a ring plate II which is rotationally connected between the ring frame II and the barrel I, two push plates II which are fixed to the lower part of the ring plate II, a heating frame I which is externally fixed to the barrel I, a heating frame II which is fixed to the middle part of the barrel I, a middle frame which is fixed to the middle part of the barrel I, a spiral frame which is rotationally connected to the middle frame and corresponds to the two through holes I, a mounting plate which is fixed to the lower part of the barrel I, two pairs of air cylinders I which are fixed to the mounting plate, a calendering frame which is fixed to the cylinder rod of each pair of air cylinders I, and calendering pipes I and II which are rotationally connected to the two calendering frames. The equipment can melt waste plastics into fluid, and then process the waste plastics into plastic films through the calendering mode.
