The application relates to a multi-wire cutting machine and a wire arranging deviation rectifying method and device thereof, and belongs to the automatic control field.The wire arranging deviation rectifying method is applied to the multi-wire cutting machine, the multi-wire cutting machine comprises a wire arranging winding and unwinding mechanism; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first tension acquisition value of the wire arranging in the multi-wire cutting machine, and acquiring a first motor value of a current tension motor in the multi-wire cutting machine; acquiring a first deviation between the first tension acquisition value and a tension reference value, and acquiring a second deviation between the first motor value and a motor reference value; comparing a first difference value of the first deviation and the second deviation with a set deviation to obtain a comparison result; when the comparison result meets a preset deviation rectifying condition, the wire arranging winding and unwinding mechanism is controlled to rectify the wire arranging.The application can improve the problem that the wire arranging cable-stayed in the current diamond wire multi-wire cutting machine cannot be timely corrected, and can realize the effect of automatic deviation rectifying when the diamond wire is long-distance wire arranging.
