Wet preparation method of polyurethane microporous moisture-permeable film

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and discloses a wet preparation method of a polyurethane microporous moisture-permeable film, which comprises the following steps: coating a base material with a polyurethane coating slurry containing DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) and acetophenone, replacing DMF in the polyurethane coating slurry by using a coagulating bath, and then baking and shaping to obtain the polyurethane microporous moisture-permeable film, the polyurethane coating slurry containing DMF and acetophenone is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of modified polyether polyurethane, 40 to 50 parts of DMF, 3 to 10 parts of acetophenone, 1 to 3 parts of flatting agent and 1 to 3 parts of foam stabilizer; the modified polyether polyurethane is polyether polyurethane modified by dialdehyde xanthan gum. The polyurethane microporous moisture-permeable film prepared by the invention has very high waterproof air permeability, better moisture permeability and air permeability, excellent antibacterial property and excellent down-proof effect.
