Abstract
本发明属于益生菌技术领域，具体涉及一种缓解急性酒精性肝损伤的益生菌、益生菌剂及其应用。所述缓解急性酒精性肝损伤的菌株为丁酸梭菌（Clostridium butyricum）JJ100，该菌株单独使用或与鼠李糖乳酪杆菌(Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus)LR复配得到的益生菌剂，均可显著缓解急性酒精性肝损伤，且同等总菌数的JJ100和LR复合菌剂缓解急性酒精性肝损伤的效果总体上优于JJ100单独使用。其效果表现为：降低酒精性肝损伤小鼠血清中LPS、ALT、AST、TC以及TG水平，有效缓解肝损伤并抑制急性酒精导致的小鼠血脂水平升高，起到降脂护肝的作用；提高肝脏中SOD和CAT活性，降低小鼠体内的氧化应激；降低小鼠肝脏中TNF‑α、INF‑γ、IL‑4、IL‑6和MPO活性，从而抑制酒精性肝脏炎症，在预防或治疗急性酒精肝损伤中具有广阔的应用前景。
