Abstract

This invention discloses an expansion sealing mechanism and a secondary expansion sealing tool for an expansion tube, comprising a central tube, an upper conical seat, a lower conical seat, multiple upper conical blocks, and multiple lower conical blocks. The lower conical seat is located below the central tube and is detachably connected to it. The upper conical seat is sleeved outside the central tube, forming a liquid cavity between the upper conical seat and the central tube. Hydraulic oil can flow into the liquid cavity, and the upper conical seat can move axially toward the lower conical seat under the drive of the hydraulic oil. The upper and lower conical blocks are arranged at intervals and surround the outside of the central tube, and are slidably connected. Both the upper and lower conical blocks are variable diameter structures. The upper conical blocks can move axially with the upper conical seat and slide relative to the lower conical blocks, allowing the upper and lower conical blocks to expand or retract radially simultaneously. During radial expansion, the upper and lower conical blocks compress the expansion tube, making the expansion tube tightly fit against the inner wall of the sleeve, which can solve problems such as poor sealing and leakage of the expansion tube and avoid the cumbersome secondary sealing process.
