Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous purification device and a use method thereof, the device comprises a furnace shell and a heating chamber shell embedded in the furnace shell, and a cooling chamber is formed between the furnace shell and the heating chamber shell; a graphite muffle and a heat preservation layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside are arranged in the heating chamber shell, a sealed heating chamber is formed between the graphite muffle and the heat preservation layer, a sealed purification chamber is formed in the graphite muffle, a heating assembly is arranged in the heating chamber, and a continuous feeding mechanism is arranged in the purification chamber; the continuous purification device is provided with a first conveying pipe and a second conveying pipe which penetrate from the outside of the furnace shell to the purification cavity, the first conveying pipe is used for feeding materials and discharging gas, and the second conveying pipe is used for outputting the materials and feeding the gas; the continuous feeding mechanism is provided with a first material conveying section and a second material conveying section which are opposite in conveying direction, and the first material conveying section and the second material conveying section are connected at the position of a second conveying pipe. According to the invention, continuous high-temperature purification treatment of materials can be realized.
