Abstract

A vehicle bottom cable connection test device disclosed by the present invention comprises a device shell, a component shell, a floating turntable, a floating assembly and a swing assembly, lifting adjustment assemblies used for adjusting the height of a vehicle bottom simulation support are arranged in stand columns on two sides of the device shell, the floating assembly is arranged at the bottom of the device shell, and the floating assembly is fixedly connected with the floating turntable. A floating guide rail is arranged on one side of the device shell, the floating turntable is driven by a floating assembly to move up and down along the floating guide rail, a swing guide rail is arranged on the upper surface of the floating turntable, and the component shell is driven by a swing assembly to swing along the swing guide rail. The device simulates the actual operation condition of a train, is suitable for long-time reciprocating endurance test, is simple to operate and control, does not need motor positive and negative reversing and motion algorithm fitting, can realize adjustment of different train types and motion amplitude by adjusting the connecting rod, greatly reduces the cost, reduces the number of servo motors and the number of electric cylinder motion control, and improves the test efficiency. And the response requirements of the motor and the whole system are reduced.
