The photosensitive assembly comprises a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, each pixel unit comprises a plurality of pixel layers arranged in a stacked mode and a field effect triode connected with the output end of each pixel layer, and the field effect triode is used for controlling whether each pixel layer outputs photosensitive charges or not; wherein the plurality of pixel layers comprise N red pixel layers, M green pixel layers and T blue pixel layers; wherein the value of at least one of N, M and T is greater than 1; n, M and T are positive integers.
