A tray mechanism for a tank production line

Abstract

The present invention provides a pallet mechanism for a tank production line, which integrates the tank positioning mechanism and the pallet mechanism into one, thereby simplifying the layout of the production line, reducing the difficulty of production line allocation, and ensuring accurate and reliable positioning of the tank. The pallet mechanism comprises: a pallet plate, which covers the outer periphery of the lower surface of the corresponding tank; a center support assembly; a lifting assembly; a bottom guide plate; a pair of first positioning assemblies; and a pair of second positioning assemblies; the first positioning assembly is provided at the width center position of one pair of sides of the pallet plate, and the second positioning assembly is provided at the width center position of the other pair of sides of the pallet plate; the top mechanism of the center support assembly is fixedly connected to the center position of the pallet plate, the bottom of the center support assembly is externally connected to a production line bracket mechanism fixed to a position, the lifting assembly is provided in the central cavity of the center support assembly, and the bottom of the lifting assembly passes through the bottom guide plate and is externally connected to the output end of the lifting power source.
