Synthetic method of < 18 > F labeled alkyl sulfonyl fluoride molecule based on alkyl carboxylic acid

Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of an alkyl carboxylic acid-based < 18 > F-labeled alkyl sulfonyl fluoride molecule, which comprises the following steps: in a solvent, in the presence of an < 18 > F-fluorination reagent, a trivalent iodine reagent, a sulfur dioxide source and a copper salt, carrying out a reaction as shown in the specification on a compound as shown in a formula II to obtain a compound as shown in a formula I, namely the < 18 > F-labeled alkyl sulfonyl fluoride molecule # imgabs0, r is # imgabs1 # and # imgabs2 #; R1 is phenyl, cyano, methoxyl, nitro, methyl formate group and bromine; and R2 is phenyl. The problem of limitation of an existing < 18 > F sulfonyl fluoride labeling method is solved, a novel method which is simple in reaction condition, efficient and good in substrate applicability is developed, synthesis of < 18 > F labeled alkyl sulfonyl fluoride is achieved, raw materials are easy to obtain, and operation is easy.
