Heavy-duty oil stain cleaning agent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a heavy-duty oil stain cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of oil stain cleaning. The invention relates to a heavy-duty oil stain cleaning agent, which comprises the following components: an alcohol solvent; an emulsifier; an anionic surfactant; modifying polyacrylamide; an auxiliary agent; water; the preparation method of the modified polyacrylamide comprises the following steps: (1) adding allyl polyethylene glycol and tetrahydrofuran into a reactor, sequentially adding sodium hydride and lauryl bromide, reacting, adding water to terminate the reaction, and filtering and performing rotary evaporation to obtain an amphiphilic monomer; and (2) adding acrylamide, acrylic acid and an amphiphilic monomer into deionized water, carrying out nitrogen stripping and stirring, finally adding sodium sulfite and potassium persulfate, and heating to initiate a polymerization reaction so as to obtain the modified polyacrylamide. The cleaning agent provided by the invention has excellent effects of removing oil stains and not damaging paint surfaces, and also has the characteristics of safety and environmental protection.
