Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical measurement, in particular to a device and a method for measuring rotating speeds and synchronization errors of a plurality of rotating machines. The device comprises an optical experiment platform, a plurality of rotating machine tools, a plurality of cameras, a plurality of reflective stickers, a data acquisition system and a data processing system. A plurality of rotary mechanical tools are arranged on the optical experiment platform at equal intervals; a plurality of cameras are arranged around the periphery of the optical experiment platform; the plurality of reflective stickers are attached to the plurality of rotary mechanical tools; the data acquisition system is connected with the camera, and the data processing system is connected with the data acquisition system. The whole measuring device is simple in structure, the measuring method is easy to implement, additional calibration and other steps are not needed, the data processing amount is small, the measuring efficiency is high, and the measuring device has high practicability and wide application prospects.
