Cotton fabric performance aging prediction method and device based on machine learning

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of performance testing, and discloses a cotton fabric performance aging prediction method and device based on machine learning, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining cotton fabric sample data at different moments under different aging conditions, the cotton fabric sample data comprises a cotton fabric cross section image, cotton fabric aging data and cotton fabric performance test data; based on the cross-section image of the cotton fabric, the aging data of the cotton fabric and the performance test data of the cotton fabric, establishing an aging association set; and based on the aging association set, generating aging curves in one-to-one correspondence with the aging conditions, the aging curves being used for predicting a performance aging result of the cotton fabric. According to the method, when the new cotton fabric is obtained, the aging degree of the cotton fabric can be evaluated without aging test, the evaluation speed of the performance aging of the cotton fabric can be effectively improved, and an efficient evaluation means is provided for the performance aging prediction of the same type of cotton fabric while the performance aging prediction cost of the cotton fabric is reduced.
