Wire arrangement for improved cardiac stimulation puncture

Abstract

The invention relates to a wire arrangement with improved puncture capability and reliability. The end of the proposed lead device is structured, shaped and dimensioned to be able to pass through a space or other tissue at a target area, enabling a controlled and smooth puncture process, and having high reliability and a long life. A fixed helix is provided for ease of manipulation, and an additional screwing core with screwdriver functionality may be provided to improve torque transmission to the end of the wire device to better control the puncture process.
