Manganese-containing wastewater treatment method and system

Abstract

The invention provides a manganese-containing wastewater treatment method and system, and the treatment method comprises the following steps: carrying out ozone oxidation treatment on manganese-containing wastewater to obtain oxidized effluent; lime is added into the oxidized effluent to adjust the pH value of the oxidized effluent to a first preset target range, and a manganese-containing mixed solution is obtained; and carrying out solid-liquid separation treatment on the manganese-containing mixed solution to obtain supernate. According to the method and the system for treating the manganese-containing wastewater, the manganese-containing wastewater is subjected to ozone oxidation treatment and then lime is added, so that manganese ions in the manganese-containing wastewater can be efficiently removed; moreover, the lime is low in cost and suitable for large-scale industrial manganese-containing wastewater treatment, and the treatment cost of the manganese-containing wastewater can be reduced. In addition, the technological operation process is simple, all the steps are smoothly connected, complex equipment and a high-difficulty operation technology are not needed, and the method is easy to apply and popularize in industrial production.
