Zwitterionic slow-release activator as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a zwitterionic slow-release activator as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of well cementation. The zwitter-ion slow-release activator is prepared by sequentially carrying out polymerization reaction on a water-soluble anionic surfactant, organic acid, a cationic flocculant and a reactive diluent under the action of a first initiator and a second initiator, and a cross-linked structure is formed among molecular chains of the zwitter-ion slow-release activator. The zwitter-ion slow-release activator provided by the invention can obviously prolong the curing time of a geopolymer, and the strength performance of a cured product is good. The zwitter-ion slow-release activator disclosed by the invention adopts a conventional activator such as NaOH and the like, the curing time is generally less than 30 minutes, and by adopting the zwitter-ion slow-release activator disclosed by the invention, the thickening time of geopolymer-based cementing fluid slurry can be maintained at 120-148 minutes.
