Pressure exchanger
By optimizing the rotor and end cap structure of the pressure exchanger, the problems of fluid mixing, low efficiency, high noise, and severe vibration were solved, achieving a high-efficiency, low-noise, and low-wear pressure exchange effect.

Abstract
A pressure exchanger includes a rotor configured to exchange pressure between a first fluid at a first pressure and a second fluid at a second pressure. The rotor forms a conduit from a first distal end to a second distal end. The pressure exchanger further includes a first end cap forming a high pressure input (HPIN) port configured to provide the first fluid at the first pressure into the conduit in a substantially axial direction. The first end cap forms a low pressure output (LPOUT) port configured to receive the first fluid from the conduit at a third pressure. The pressure exchanger further includes a second end cap forming a low pressure input (LPIN) port configured to provide the second fluid at the second pressure into the conduit also forming a high pressure output (HPOUT) port configured to receive the second fluid from the conduit at a fourth pressure.
