Abstract

The application discloses a motor cooling device which is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and comprises a refrigeration assembly, a braided tube and a cooling jacket assembly. The refrigeration assembly comprises a shell, a clamping structure, a dust screen plate, an air outlet groove, an auxiliary mechanism and a water pump, and fin sleeves are fixedly connected to the two sides of the front cover sleeve. During the circulation of the cooling liquid along the cooling jacket assembly and the heat conduction pipe, the connecting rod drives the fan to rotate rapidly through the driving belt, air is blown to the heat conduction pipe and the heat dissipation plate to dissipate heat, and the semiconductor refrigeration piece rapidly cools the cooling liquid flowing in the heat conduction pipe, so that the device performs water cooling circulation to cool the motor shell. Furthermore, a micro star reducer is installed at the bottom of the belt pulley, the rotating speed of the belt pulley is reduced through the micro star reducer, and then is transmitted to the brush cover, so that the fan rotates rapidly to flow air, and the brush cover rotates slowly to clean the surface of the dust screen plate.
