A device for removing impurities from crop seeds

Abstract

The application provides a crop seed impurity removing device, which comprises a screening mechanism, a humidity sensor and a bouncing screening mechanism, the bouncing screening mechanism is used for receiving the seeds screened by the screening mechanism, and the seeds are further screened through the bouncing screening mechanism; wherein the bouncing screening mechanism comprises a bouncing plate and an air bag, the bouncing plate is installed on the air bag and used for contacting the seeds and bouncing the seeds; the device further comprises a control processor and a gas supply component, the gas supply component is connected with the air bag, and the control processor is connected with the humidity sensor and the gas supply component; the gas supply component can supply gas to the inside of the air bag based on the water content of the seeds, the air pressure in the air bag is changed, and the overall rigidity of the air bag is adjusted. The application has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low cost, high precision of seed screening through the bouncing screening mechanism, and the ability of screening seeds with different humidity through the monitoring of the water content of the seeds and the adjustment of the overall rigidity of the air bag, and the design is reasonable.
