Abstract

The invention discloses a balloon electrode assembly, a catheter and a preparation method of the balloon electrode assembly, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The balloon electrode assembly comprises a balloon, a soft bonding layer and a flexible electrode, wherein the flexible electrode is fixed on the outer surface of the balloon through the soft bonding layer; the flexible electrode comprises a substrate layer, a conductive layer and a packaging layer, the conductive layer is connected with the substrate layer, the conductive layer comprises a metal layer and a copper wire, a plurality of ablation modules are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the metal layer, each ablation module comprises a plurality of ablation units which are different in length and are not connected, each ablation unit is formed by connecting a bonding pad and a stitch, and the bonding pad is connected with the packaging layer. The bonding pad is connected with the copper wire and the line trace of the wave-shaped structure. Electrode sites are arranged at the tail ends of the stitches, one stitch correspondingly controls one electrode site, and the positions of wave crests and wave troughs of the stitches in each group of ablation modules are consistent; one end of the copper wire is connected with the pad, and the other end is connected with an external circuit. The balloon electrode assembly can guarantee the treatment effect of cavity radiofrequency ablation.
