Full-automatic feeding and distributing machine for wiring terminals

Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic wiring terminal feeding and distributing machine which comprises a feeding table and a distributing table, wiring terminals are continuously conveyed to the distributing table on the feeding table, and the full-automatic wiring terminal feeding and distributing machine further comprises a preparation base fixedly arranged on the distributing table and provided with a preparation groove for containing the wiring terminals; and the transfer seat is movably arranged on the material distributing table, a transfer groove for completely receiving the wiring terminal is formed in the transfer seat, and the two ends of the moving stroke of the transfer seat are provided with a first position for connecting the transfer groove with the feeding table and a second position for connecting with the preparation groove respectively. By arranging the transfer groove capable of completely receiving the wiring terminals, when the transfer base is connected with the feeding table at the first position, the wiring terminals are squeezed into the transfer groove, and then before the transfer base is prepared to move towards the second position, the separation assembly drives the wiring terminal, closest to the transfer base, on the feeding table to be away from the transfer groove; subsequently, the movement of the transfer seat does not cause the deformation of the edge of the wiring terminal.
