Chitosan hydrogel with powerful antifungal-antibacterial double-effect synergy and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to chitosan hydrogel with powerful antifungal-antibacterial double-effect synergy and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: carrying out addition reaction on 5-flucytosine and ethyl acrylate to generate 3-(4-amino-5-fluoro-2-oxopyrimidine-1 (2H)-yl) ethyl propionate; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing 3-(4-amino-5-fluoro-2-oxo-pyrimidine-1 (2H)-yl) propionic acid from 3-(4-amino-5-fluoro-2-oxo-pyrimidine-1 (2H)-yl) propionic acid through hydrolysis, preparing a chitosan derivative from carboxylated 5-flucytosine modified chitosan, introducing silver nanoparticles into a 5-flucytosine modified chitosan solution to obtain Ag-coated 5FC-CS in order to enhance the antibacterial property of the hydrogel, and carrying out a Schiff alkali reaction on the Ag-coated 5FC-CS and a cross-linking agent to obtain the antibacterial hydrogel. And finally, the chitosan hydrogel with powerful antifungal and antibacterial double-effect synergism is obtained. The chitosan hydrogel provided by the invention has the advantages of strong antifungal and antibacterial properties, uniform pore structure, slow release of silver and the like.
