The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant modified plastic and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, the corrosion-resistant modified plastic comprises the following raw materials by weight: 100-150 parts of high density polyethylene, 30-50 parts of polypropylene, 15-30 parts of zinc stearate, 5-10 parts of butyl mercaptide, 30-50 parts of a corrosion-resistant filler, 5-10 parts of glycerin, and 5-10 parts of an antioxidant; by adding the corrosion-resistant filler, the plastic matrix can be endowed with excellent corrosion resistance, the cerium oxide nanoparticles are introduced to the surface of the graphene, and the cerium oxide nanoparticles have narrower forbidden bandwidth and lower photocatalytic activity; when the material is added into a matrix, chemical bonds of a polymer in the matrix can be prevented from being damaged by high-strength ultraviolet rays to generate hydroxyl radicals, so that the material is prevented from being corroded.
