Method for preparing industrial glucose from lyocell production waste

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing industrial glucose by utilizing lyocell production waste, which comprises the following steps: taking solid residues generated in the step of recovering lyocell waste glue through an NMMO solvent as a raw material, mixing the raw material with a cellulase solution, and carrying out enzymolysis under the conditions that the temperature is 50-55 DEG C and the pH value is 4.8-5.5 to obtain a solution containing the industrial glucose; and separating and purifying the solution containing the industrial glucose to obtain an industrial glucose product, or directly using the solution containing the industrial glucose as an external carbon source in a sewage treatment system. The method does not need a pretreatment step, and is high in enzymolysis rate and high in sugar yield. According to the method, the process cost can be saved, meanwhile, the problem of disposal of the lyocell production waste is solved, double benefits of economy and environmental protection are achieved, and the method has a good industrial application prospect.
