Integrated natural gas differential pressure power generation system

Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated natural gas differential pressure power generation system which comprises a sealing base, the upper end of the sealing base is fixedly connected with a sealing shell, the top of the sealing shell is fixedly connected with a sealing top plate, the sealing base, the sealing shell and the sealing top plate form a sealing container, and a turbo expander and a power generator are arranged in the sealing container. A worm gear rotating shaft of the turbo expander is communicated with a rotor shaft of the generator, and the turbo expander and the generator are fixedly connected with the sealing base through supports. According to the integrated natural gas differential pressure power generation system provided by the invention, through structural cooperation of the sealing base, the sealing shell and the sealing top plate, the turbo expander and the power generator are sealed and wrapped by one sealing container, and potential safety hazards caused by natural gas leakage in natural gas differential pressure power generation are avoided; and gas in the sealed container can be pumped away through the gas exchange assembly, so that the effect of recycling the natural gas in the sealed container is achieved.
