Supporting device for drag chain

Abstract

The invention provides a supporting device for a drag chain. The supporting device comprises a chain wheel, a limiting block, a supporting arm set, a roller and a transmission assembly. The limiting block abuts against the chain wheel and is used for limiting the movement range of the chain wheel. The first end of the supporting arm set is connected with the chain wheel. And the roller is connected with the second end part of the supporting arm group. One end of the transmission assembly is connected with the reciprocating motion equipment and used for pushing the chain wheel to rotate under the acting force applied by the reciprocating motion equipment so as to drive the supporting arm set to rotate through the rotating chain wheel, and therefore the contact state of the idler wheel and the drag chain is adjusted. According to the scheme, when the drag chain is used in overhead, long-stroke and other scenes, the drag chain can be prevented from collapsing, friction and abrasion of the drag chain are reduced, the operation stability of the drag chain is improved, the service life of the drag chain is prolonged, and the supporting device is good in adaptability, can be flexibly arranged according to application scenes and meets different installation requirements.
