Sample preparation apparatus and method of use thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses sample preparation equipment and a use method thereof, and relates to the technical field of food detection. The sample preparation equipment comprises a tank body, a weighing table, a screen container, a rough cutting device, a cylinder body, a division plate and a fine cutting device. The upper end and the lower end of the tank body are open. And a blanking port I is formed in the weighing table. The screen container is positioned in the tank body, and the upper end is communicated with the blanking port I; the rough cutting device is used for preliminarily cutting samples, and the barrel covers the screen container. A waste opening and a sampling opening are formed in the cylinder body; and the division plate is positioned between the waste opening and the sampling opening. The upper surface of the division disc is provided with a plurality of groove bodies which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, and at least one groove body is provided with a second discharging opening. And the accurate cutting device is used for further cutting the sample. The sampling process is completed by single equipment, errors caused by manual operation are reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, meanwhile, damage to samples in the sample preparation process can be reduced, and the uniformity and representativeness of the final samples can be improved.
