Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical first aid, in particular to a specific disease unit direct transfer system which comprises a total processor, an emergency department sub-processor, a special disease department sub-processor, a medical elevator locking device and a mobile transceiver on a transfer stretcher, and all the components cooperatively work in a wireless connection mode. The total processor serves as a center of the system, establishes communication connection with the emergency department sub-processor, the special disease department sub-processor and the medical elevator locking device through a wired or wireless network, and is responsible for receiving a transfer instruction from the emergency department sub-processor, processing the transfer instruction and forwarding the transfer instruction to related components; the emergency department sub-processor is responsible for collecting emergency treatment information of a patient and inputting a transfer instruction, emergency treatment details and a transfer judgment basis to the system when a doctor judges that the patient needs to be further transferred to a special disease department; the special disease department sub-processor receives the transfer notice forwarded by the total processor, prepares to receive the patient and records the treatment condition after the patient arrives; the medical elevator locking device responds to the instruction of the total processor, locks one medical elevator for transfer and controls the running state of the elevator; and the mobile transceiver on the transfer stretcher receives the preparation condition of the medical elevator locking device, which is forwarded by the total processor, and acquires the information of locking the medical elevator. According to the invention, the utilization efficiency of medical resources is greatly improved, the transfer time of a patient is shortened, and precious treatment time is won for the patient, so that the survival rate and life quality of the patient are improved.
