Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic cleaning and drying device for a V-shaped groove cover plate, and relates to the field of cleaning of optical splitter cover plates, the automatic cleaning and drying device comprises a cleaning machine box frame, a high-pressure cleaning machine is arranged in the cleaning machine box frame, and the high-pressure cleaning machine is detachably mounted and connected to a supporting mechanism used for driving the high-pressure cleaning machine to move; the supporting mechanism is used for being installed and connected in a cleaning machine box frame. A rotary table seat capable of being rotationally adjusted is arranged in the cleaning machine box frame, and a plurality of containing grooves are formed in the periphery of the top end face of the rotary table seat in a connected mode. Drying and heating grooves which are arranged at intervals with the placing grooves are also mounted and connected to the periphery of the top end surface of the rotating pedestal; and a plurality of movable control mechanisms used for movably placing the V-groove cover plate needing to be cleaned in the placing groove are arranged on the periphery of the rotating pedestal. Through the cleaning and drying device, the V-groove cover plate can be cleaned, and the cleaned V-groove cover plate can be rapidly dried, so that the machining and production efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
