Cam beating-up air jet loom

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of looms, and discloses a cam beating-up air jet loom which comprises a processing frame, a servo motor fixed outside the processing frame, a transmission cam fixed outside a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod slidably connected inside the processing frame, a dismounting mechanism arranged outside the second connecting rod, and a beating-up frame fixed at the top end of the second connecting rod. Through cooperation of structures such as an oil storage barrel, a conveying pipe and an oil taking cavity, the device can start an air cylinder to push a piston plate, and then oil in the oil taking cavity is squeezed, enters the conveying pipe through a conveying hole and is conveyed to the contact section of the beating-up frame and weft through the conveying pipe; after the beating-up frame is used for beating up wefts, redundant oil is collected through the guide groove formed in the beating-up frame and recycled into the oil storage cylinder through the backflow opening, and therefore the purposes that the device is used for oiling the wefts and recycling part of the oil during beating-up of the wefts are achieved.
