The invention provides a flexible bionic connector and a preparation method thereof, the flexible bionic connector comprises a substrate and a contact surface structure arranged on the substrate, the contact surface structure comprises a plurality of large cylinders which are uniformly arranged and a plurality of small cylinders which are uniformly arranged on each large cylinder; the large column body is a micron-sized column body; and the small cylinders are nanoscale cylinders. The multi-stage flexible microstructure bionic array is constructed on the surface of the substrate material to form a special contact surface structure, stable interconnection of the flexible connector is realized through Van der Waals force among the bionic microstructures, and the situation that the reliability is reduced by a plugging connection mode of a traditional connector is avoided; the connection function can be achieved only through simple contact, connection is reliable and stable, and the connector has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight, long in service life, high in transmission rate, convenient and fast to assemble, resistant to abrasion and the like.
