A heating device for forging production and its use method

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of heating equipment, specifically a forging production heating equipment and a method of using the forging equipment, which includes a heating furnace shell, fully heated forgings and partially heated forgings; further comprising: a forging conveying mechanism, which is arranged in the heating furnace shell and has two sides located on the left and right sides of the heating furnace shell, forming a feed end and a discharge end respectively, a partially heated forging placement hole and a plurality of fully heated forging support rods are provided on the forging conveying mechanism, and a support ring is provided in the partially heated forging placement hole; a medium frequency heating coil, which is arranged on the top inner wall of the heating furnace shell, and the medium frequency heating coil is used to perform electromagnetic induction heating on the forgings in the space above the forging conveying mechanism; and a control system, which is controlled and connected to the forging conveying mechanism and the medium frequency heating coil. The present invention can carry out horizontal and vertical placement of forgings, and is combined with a medium frequency heating coil with a set shape to complete full heating and partial heating of the forgings, and has a wider range of uses.
