Abstract

The invention provides automobile interior trim part ultrasonic welding equipment which comprises a machining table, a top plate is correspondingly arranged above the machining table, two movable seats capable of being transversely adjusted and moved are correspondingly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the top plate, and ultrasonic welding head assemblies capable of being longitudinally adjusted and moved and lifted are correspondingly installed at the bottoms of the movable seats; the top of the top plate is correspondingly provided with a driving shaft which is driven to rotate, the two ends of the driving shaft are correspondingly provided with screw pair connecting rod driving mechanisms, the screw pair connecting rod driving mechanisms are in transmission connection with the driving shaft, and the two moving seats on the front side or the rear side of the top plate are controlled by the screw pair connecting rod driving mechanisms to transversely and synchronously move towards each other or back to back; adjusting mechanisms are correspondingly arranged between the driving shaft and the screw pair connecting rod driving mechanisms on the two sides. The multi-welding-spot selective synchronous welding can be achieved during working, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the production takt is shortened, the complex and changeable welding requirements are effectively met, the applicability is better, and the practicability is higher.
